Cancellation/Refund Policy for outfit.ideeprogrammer.com:

  1. Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their orders on outfit.ideeprogrammer.com within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at support@ideeprogrammer.com. Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours may not be possible as the order may already be in production or shipped.
  2. Refund Policy: a. Print-on-Demand Products: Outfit.ideeprogrammer.com uses a third-party print-on-demand service, Printrove.com, to fulfill t-shirt orders. Since each t-shirt is custom-printed based on customer specifications, refunds for print-on-demand products can only be issued under the following circumstances:
    • Manufacturing Defects: If a t-shirt is received with manufacturing defects, such as printing errors, damaged item, or incorrect design, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. To request a refund for a manufacturing defect, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. Our customer support team will assess the issue and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or a refund.
    • Shipping Errors: If an incorrect t-shirt is received due to an error in shipping, customers must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. To request a refund for a shipping error, customers must provide photographic evidence of the received item. Our customer support team will assess the issue and, if the error is confirmed, provide a replacement or a refund.
    • Size/Color Discrepancy: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and color options for their t-shirt orders. If a customer receives a t-shirt that does not match the size or color they selected during the ordering process, they must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. To request a refund for a size or color discrepancy, customers must provide photographic evidence of the received item. Our customer support team will assess the issue and, if the discrepancy is confirmed, provide a replacement or a refund.

b. Non-Print-on-Demand Products: For non-print-on-demand products, such as accessories or non-customized apparel, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Customers must contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that all refunds are subject to review and approval by our customer support team. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

  1. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
    • Customized or personalized t-shirts with specific designs or text chosen by the customer.
    • T-shirts or products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
